Headteacher's Message

Mr N LambertDear Parents/Carers,

Firstly, a big ‘thank you’ to all our Year 6 staff and pupils for their hard work in the build up to SATs, and the week itself.  All pupils really tried their best! For the rest of this half term Year 6 are focusing on writing.  Next half term they will be working on such varied topics as ‘Chocolate’ and ‘World War 2’.   Now it is the turn of KS1 children to take part in National Tests and Phonics Screening.

I’m sure you’ll join me in wishing them ‘Good Luck!’. We have a very busy time coming up with reward trips to Drayton Manor, Hatton Country World, curriculum visits to Back-to-Back Houses, Park Lane Garden Centre and the Dinosaur and Park Farm and sports competitions locally.

A big ‘thank you’ to all parents for supporting the school and pupils in all of these activates. I look forward to seeing you all at our next parents evening in July. Thank you for your continued support.

Yours faithfully,

Nick Lambert
